Tsehai for Families:
Strong Families Strong Nation

Fostering holistic child development from pregnancy to age 7

Why We Exist

In Ethiopia, inadequate parenting knowledge and support hinder children's holistic development. Studies show that 88% of children experience violent discipline, and 38% of children under five suffer from stunting due to poor nutrition and care practices. Existing initiatives lack comprehensive, culturally relevant curricula to empower caregivers with essential parenting skills.

Our Solution

Tsehai for Families (T4F) offers a comprehensive, culturally immersive platform designed to support caregivers in nurturing their children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development from pregnancy to age 7. Through a blend of cutting-edge EdTech and evidence-based content, T4F addresses key aspects of positive parenting, nutrition, hygiene, and early learning.

Key Features:

  • Holistic Curriculum: Covers all aspects of early childhood development.

  • Culturally Relevant Content: Developed through extensive consultations with Ethiopian communities, experts, and caregivers.

  • Accessible Platforms: Includes TV shows, Radio shows, online courses, and blended learning with interactive activities.
