Why Tsehai is Needed
Tsehai Loves Learning fills a critical gap in the educational needs of Ethiopia.  With limited resources, the Ethiopian government does not provide any education below the age of 7.  A focus on Early Childhood Development (EDC) improves primary school enrollment rates, increases a child's success rate in school, and is proven to have life-long benefits to a child’s academic and social well-being.  Tsehai Loves Learning is the only project addressing the educational needs of children aged 3 to 6 on a mass scale, and does so very cost-effectively.

Tsehai Loves Learning  provides  millions  of  children with research based, well-rounded educational material.  For thousands of viewers, Tsehai Loves Learning may be the closest thing to formal education they will receive.  No matter where one goes to school, Tsehai Loves Learning enhances a child’s education through complementary lessons, and rounds out a child’s education by addressing topics frequently neglected.
